What certificates does your company have?
Our company is ISO9001 certified.
Potassium Humate, Seaweed Fertilizer, and Amino Acids have USA OMRI listed.
Do you offer samples?
Yes, and our samples are free of charge, and we offer free delivery to any location within China. However, for international shipments, the courier fee is usually covered by the customer.
Also, the sample fee will be deducted from your first official order.
Why our MOQ is 1 ton?
Because now in China, all fertilizer exports need to do ClQ(customs inspect quality)first. lt’s means the customs will go to our factory. And take samples, and test in their lab. It will take about 1 month.
For less than 1 ton, they can reject or delay taking samples in the factory. lt means the ClQ time may be unpredictable.
What is CIQ?
Since 2022, the Chinese government has required that all fertilizers containing N, P, or K must undergo CIQ inspection.
The process is as follows:
we first submit the application online, then customs officers come to our factory for sampling, which is sent to the laboratory for testing. Only after the results are qualified can the goods be released.
The whole process usually takes about 15–30 days, depending on the type of product.
How do you maintain quality control?

What are the payment terms?

How can I track my shipment after payment?

Do you offer customized color bags
Yes, we provide free design service and offer customized color bags that can include your logo and company information.
Regarding Customized Color Bags, there are Two Charges to Consider
Copper Mold (Printing Plate) Charges:
For 10kg color bags, the printing plate charge is $50 per color, depending on the number of colors in the design.
For example, if your design uses 8 colors, the one-time mold charge will be: 8 colors × $50 = $400
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
The bag manufacturer requires a minimum of 3,000 pieces for customized color bags.
Any remaining bags after shipment can be stored in our warehouse for your future use.
The colored bags have a MOQ of 3,000 pcs and require copper mold charges, so we understand you might not want to order that many at first.
That’s why we also offer standard color packaging—you can choose one from the samples I sent, and we can print your company’s logo on it.
This way, you can first test the market, and if the response is positive, you can later place an order for your company’s custom packaging.
What kind of customized bags you offer?

What documents we provided for customs clearance?
The documents we commonly use for customs clearance are as follows: BL, CO, Insurance, Invoice, Packing List and COA.
We can also provide other documents you require for customs clearance.
And the customs clearance documents will be sent by telex or original documents.
What's the product HS code?
Our export HS code is 3105909000, which belongs to Chapter 31 for fertilizers. According to the latest rules from the Chinese government, any product that contains nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), or potassium (K) must be classified under 310590 and needs to go through CIQ (Customs Inspection and Quarantine) before export. This process usually takes about 20 to 30 days, depending on the product.
However, we understand you may import the goods by different categories, such as fertilizer, chemical products, or additives, and you may use different HS codes for your own customs clearance. We can show the HS code as you requested on the Bill of Lading to match your local import needs.
What's the HS code we use for importing these products?
We use HS code 310590 for export. Since 2022, the Chinese government has required all fertilizers containing N, P, or K to be classified under HS code 310590, and to undergo CIQ inspection before export.
However, for customs clearance at the destination port, the declaration method may different depending on the client. Some clients declare them as additives, while others as fertilizers or chemicals.
Therefore, we recommend confirming the appropriate HS code with your local authorities.
As for the B/L and customs documents, we can issue them according to the HS code you require.
What Lab recommend for the testing in China?
CTI Lab is a reliable option for the testing. It is accredited with ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and has already been upgraded to the latest ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard.

How to test 80% amino acid powder sample?
Our 80 amino acid powder is naturally enzymatically hydrolyzed and rich in polypeptides and small peptides.
For accurate testing, please hydrolyze the sample for 24 hours before analyzing its amino acid content.
What are the test methods of humic acid and potassium in Vietnam and China?
In Vietnam, the tests follow TCVN 8560-2010 (for K2O) and TCVN 8561:2010 (for humic acid).
In China, the testing standard is GB/T 33804-2017.
What product you recommend for making a mixed liquid fertilizer?
If you’re making a mixed liquid fertilizer, we suggest potassium fulvate.
It’s got 50% fulvic acid, resists hard water and flocculation, and even if you mix it with acidic liquids, it won’t react or form sediment.
Why does the combined content of humic acid and fulvic acid is more than 100%?
Humic acid and fulvic acid are usually measured by titration or colorimetric methods. These methods measure the “”active content,”” and sometimes there is overlap in the calculation.
For example, fulvic acid is actually part of humic acid, so if you simply add them together, the total can appear over 100%.
This does not mean there is a quality problem—it’s just due to the testing method and overlapping components.
What's the difference between black seaweed fertilizer and green seaweed fertilizer?
1:The contents are different.
The black seaweed fertilizer contains 18% seaweed extract, while the green one contains 40%.
2:The usage and precautions are different.
When spraying on leaves, if you use it on strawberries or other brightly colored fruits, the green seaweed extract can be sprayed directly on the fruit without any problem.
But for the black seaweed fertilizer, please avoid spraying it on the fruit to prevent the surface from getting black stains.
What's your green seaweed extract derived from?
Our green seaweed extract is derived from Sargassum, Ascophyllum nodosum, and Enteromorpha, combined with 10% small peptides (amino acids).
