Humic Acid Flakes

Humico Humic Acid Flakes can be used for a wide range of agricultural and horticultural applications, designed to enhance plant growth, soil health, and overall productivity.​
1. Soil Application​
Base Fertilization: Incorporate 5-10 grams per square meter into the top 10-15 cm of soil before planting. This enriches soil structure, water-holding capacity, and cation exchange capacity (CEC) from the start.​
Top Dressing: Sprinkle 3-5 grams per square meter around established plants during the growing season, then gently scratch into topsoil or water in for mid-season nutrient access.​
Drip Irrigation: Add 0.5-1 kg per 1000 liters of water to irrigation reservoirs (ensure full dissolution). The solution delivers humic acid directly to root zones, ideal for large-scale fields.​
2. Foliar Sprays​
Preparation: Dissolve 0.5-1 gram of flakes in 1 liter of water (stir until fully clear).​
Application: Use a fine-mist sprayer to coat leaves in early morning or late afternoon (when stomata are open). This boosts photosynthesis and provides quick stress resistance.​
3. Seed Treatment​
Seed Soaking: For 1 kg of seeds, soak in a solution of 50 grams of flakes + water for 1-2 hours before sowing. Accelerates germination and primes early root growth.​
Seed Dressing: Mix 50 grams of flakes with 1 kg of seeds (shake gently to coat evenly). Protects seeds from soil pathogens and delivers slow-release nutrients.​
4. Hydroponic & Aquaponic Systems​
Add 50-100 grams of fully dissolved flakes to 100 liters of nutrient solution. Chelates nutrients for easier plant uptake and promotes healthy root development in soilless setups.​
